Please note that visa rejection by embassy or consular decision is NOT eligible for refund. When a visa application is rejected by the embassy after proper documentation and processing has been completed, all associated costs including:

  • Embassy/Consular fees
  • Documentation and processing charges
  • Medical examination fees
  • Our service fees for completed processing

These costs are non-refundable as the services have been fully delivered. No refunds are provided for visa rejections under any circumstances, as all processing has been completed.

Can I get a refund if I fail the medical examination?

Medical examination fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the medical center. However, our service fees may be partially refundable depending on the stage of processing.

What if my visa is rejected?

Visa rejection or cancellation by the embassy is NOT eligible for any refund. Once all documentation and processing is completed, all associated costs including embassy fees, documentation charges, medical fees, and our service fees are non-refundable, regardless of the visa decision. This policy applies to all visa rejections without exception.

Can I transfer my payment to another candidate?

Yes, payments can be transferred to immediate family members (spouse, siblings, parents) with proper documentation and within 6 months of original payment.
